We have prepared a variety of skateboarding programs for all sets of skill levels. Our programs have been developed with the help of Certified Personal Trainer German Rudakov (learn more about him in his bio) and are based on many hours of first-hand coaching experience.
Based on your level of skateboarding capabilities, you can choose between 5 skill levels of skateboard classes:

10 min warmup, 20 min skill-focused activity, 15 min practice, 15 min of Skateboarder conditioning (SAQ, Strength, Endurance, Balance, and Coordination)

Beginner, novice, advanced-beginner, amateur, competent, and proficient.
